Do you use real leather?
Yes, all of our bags are made from high quality South African cattle hides. We print the designs directly onto the leather - quality and durability are at the heart of our products.
Are your bags lined?
No, our bags are unlined - we use a high quality full grain leather and find that raw leather tends to last longer. This can be treated treated inside and out with a quality leather cream.
Where can I buy leather cream?
We sell a high quality leather cream that leaves your handbag soft and protected. If you take good care of your handbag it'll last so much longer.
Should I get a standard or a large shoulder bag?
It really depends on how much you want to carry with you as the only difference between Standard and Large is the size. The standard size is approx 26cm x 18cm; while the large size is approx 30cm x 23cm. Remember to never over-fill your bag as stretching the leather will damage the print.
Can I exchange a handbag I received as a gift?
No, unfortunately not. We only refund or exchange bags if there is a physical fault with the product. Please review our policy on returns here.

Can I pay via EFT?
Yes, should you prefer to make payment via EFT, please select payment option "EFT" and follow on-screen instructions.
When will I receive my order?
It takes three to four days to finalize an order in studio after confirmation of payment. Once it leaves our studio, the couriers should deliver it within two to three days if you are in a main centre (allow up to a week for outlying areas). As soon as we hand the package over to the couriers we send you a tracking number so that you can easily follow progress.
Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Yes, but this will come at an additional cost. Contact us atmoss.shop.info@gmail.com and we'll request a quote from our couriers for your country.
Can you add a message to a gift delivery?
Yes, please add a note to your order at checkout (just before adding shipping information) with the full message you want added for the recipient.
