DELIVERY AND COSTS

1. Every effort will be made to dispatch your product within 2 to 4 working days from receiving your payment.

2. We use a courier to deliver the parcel to your door. You will receive by mail a tracking number where you will be able to track the progress of your delivery. Delivery to a major city in South Africa should be in two working days whilst smaller outlaying destinations may require a week for delivery.

3. The delivery address must be a physical address where a person is available to sign receipt of delivery. We can unfortunately not deliver to a farm, smallholding or outlaying resorts, nor to a post box. Should you wish, we can deliver to Postnet or similar where you can then collect at your convenience.

5. Shipping cost to be charged at checkout at R80 per order for standard shipping, and R99 per order for Postnet counter-to-counter.
