Returns within South Africa
Should you be unhappy with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days to arrange the return. We will only refund or exchange a product in case of physical fault or error with the product. We do not refund or exchange items received as gifts.
As you remain responsible for the product until we receive it, we ask that you use Postnet to deliver the parcel safely. The returned product must be in the packaging as sent. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and evaluate your complaint. Damaged products or items showing signs of use may not be accepted as returned and refunds may be refused.
Once we receive your returned article, we will process your claim as soon as possible. In peak periods this process may take as much as a week. We will keep you informed during this process.
Returns from the rest of the World
Returns outside of South Africa have to be evaluated individually per order - please contact us should you need to return an international delivery.
